Try the self assessment tool on the CIC web site to see whether you qualify (67 points)
Applications are evaluated on many aspects .First your qualifications must be on the list of approved work occupations

The 6 factors  are:

-Education
-Age
-Experience
-Adaptability(Having a relative in canada,citizen or PR)
-Language (French or/and English)
-Arranged Employment(job offer)
All the above factors carry some points ,if you can make a minimum of 67 points, then you qualify for processing.

Good luck
