Hi,

What documents does one need to submit along with application for demonstrating one's roles and skills? I mean documents that certify one's skill which he/she has mentioned in the application.

Thanks

If  u are taking about docs when sending it to the Local Visa office-

Appointment letter
Job contract
Promotion Letters
Pay slips
Letter from the HR Manager with Business card
Tax docs
Reference letter from colleagues

Appointment letter - Stating the period of employment and designation
Job contract - states your job description usually.
Promotion Letters - states changes to your work assignments during employment.
Pay slips - statest that you are paid to work
Letter from the HR Manager with Business card - easy to contact for verification.
Tax docs - supporting docs on pay & employment.
Reference letter from colleagues - behaviour? work competence

Depends on each of your employer on how they present things. I for once have JD, Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Salary & Other benefits, Promotion letters, employment contract and calling card of each of the people who signed my JD & CoE.

basically the same but it should provide the details as required in the instruction guide.

'goodluck!
