I wish to apply for immigration to canada under Federal Skilled Worker Program.

I have my Appointment Letter(s) , Relieving Letter from each of the company I have worked with but do not have a letter of reference in the format mentioned in document checklist.

I cannot submit Appointment Letters , relieving letters in original but can submit notarised photocopy.

Can this be considered and proof for work experience?

Please suggest.
Thanks & Regards,
Milan

You must collect reference letter from your line manager/HR for each. The reference letter must be original but other letters can be notarized.

I have left some companies years back and they are NOT willing to give reference letters now.

In the absence of reference letters can my appointment letter(s) and relieving letters be considered as proof for work experience?

Reference letter is a must. However, needs to check it back whether it is possible for previous employer(s) or not. Let's see what talks other guys.
