is it required to send email communications to CHC singapore to prove that i am performing NOC 0213???

i am submitting ::::::::::::::
current employer reference letter
appointment letter
permanent letter
up gradation letter
certificates of training
last 08 months pay slips
tax letter

Pls suggest me.......

No it is not required.  The documents you are submitting are enough.

Anything more than listed in the visa office spec instructions guide would be an added advntage without which you wouldnt be rejected. So its ok, and no Email comm isnt required, if they wanna check, which they do randomly they can do it by calling or other ways.

I have some other queries.......
When they wll call to my manager for verification,,,,is there any specific time sothat i wll tell him advance.....

In singapore visa office checklist...is it required to tick the box for payment....now i wll not pay rprf,,

Few people have mentioned that they have got call with in a week after their file was received by Visa office. So please inform him in advance

Yea, you must inform him and make him prepared in advance.
They check randomly , so chances are you might not even get verified at all.
I dont actually care about it, My Boss is a serious guy, he can answer all correctly even tho he might be taking the call from waking up from his regular afternoon nap at his room Shocked)

Hi Ripon

It's enough if you submit reference letters alone from your current and or previous employers, if applicable. Reference letters are bound to contain details pertaining to your employment start dates, end dates, roles/duties performed, promotions/upgrades etc.

Payslips and Form 16s may also be submitted only if requested.
