Can anyone please tell me what documents should be submitted for proof of relationship with common-law partner

hi,

I also applied under the status of common-law relationship. I submittedthe following as proofs
        * Pictures
        * Travels (international and domestic travels)
        * Clearances (from city and town officials)
        * Affidavit of cohabitation notarized my our lawyer
        * Copy of bank certificate indicating our joint account
