Do I need the documentation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for all documents before it is sent by mail, or the official authority specified for each item documentation is enough? I am applying from Egypt.

I am not sure what you are asking. But the requirement as per check list should be followed..
That means, if they ask for Notarized Copies, send notarized copies. If they ask for something Original send original.
