Document Upload - Online application for study permit extension

Dear Experts,

I am applying online for study permit extension..

In the documentation list

they asked for 4 document types

1. Fee receipt ( $125)

2. Letter from post-secondary institution

3. Passport

4. Finanacial support

My questions is they did not ask anywhere for transcripts for last one year..

Do i need to scan new acceptance letter, fee receipt from college, transcripts for last one eyar(from another college) as  one document and upload???


Also for financial support i have my bank statement, my brother covering letter(he is supporting me), his employement letter, his bank statements?. Do i need to upload as one document again?

Please let me know..Could someone please respond ASAP.

Do i need to scan new acceptance letter, fee receipt from college, transcripts for last one eyar(from another college) as  one document and upload???Hi, you can scan an updated letter stating that you are in good standing in your school so that you do not have to send a copy of your transcript. In lieu of the letter, you can send copy of current transcript. If you'd like, you can send copy of original letter of acceptance too.  That would not hurt and will make your application more complete.


Also for financial support i have my bank statement, my brother covering letter(he is supporting me), his employement letter, his bank statements?. Do i need to upload as one document again? If your original study permit has been approved with financial support coming from your brother, you can just send his original support letter from the first application, his original employment letter also from first application, but you have to submit new and updated bank statement. 

Please let me know..Could someone please respond ASAP.

  I came through a college then changed the college to different college..
OK I will scan the transcript, letter stating that i am in good standing(from current college) along with the acceptance letter from new college(now in which i am going to study from this coming september).

can i upload this scanned document in place of ( letter from post secondary institution )?

You said i need to send original supporting document from my brother, original employment letter, But he has already transferrred funds into my Canadian bank account for the first year of studies and expenses( for this new course) . The new course is a 3 year course. I will also scan my bank letter
which shows funds for first year of study and expenses. My question is that i have new supporting document and new employment letter , new bank statement from him..do i still need to scan the supporting document from original study permit also?

Please confirm?

He has already paid some amount of first sem fee in the college, can i scan that also here?.

Do i need to send the originals in mail again?. You said send the originals?

I am scanning all relevant pages from passport, not scanning empty pages, but no where they asked for first study permit?, dO I NEED to scan that also , if yes where do i need to upload. ? alsong with passport pages?

If you already have new and updated supporting docs, then it is better to use these.  I only suggested you scan copies of original supporting docs so that you do not have to bother your brother to send you these. But if he already worked on getting the updated docs, then use these.
