Document to be shown at the Airport

Dear all.
I'll be landing soon in Canada .. Wish me the best .. And I wish the best for all of u..
Is there somebody can kindly answer my questions:
- what kind of questions are they going to ask us once we go to immigration office at the airport.
2- which Documents will be requiered in my hand? Is it necessary for example to keep my education certificate and my Employer References also in my hand? Or they do not need it.
