Thank you guys for answering my question. I was wondering what did you prepare the document from your current US employer that Alberta requests?
1, Should I ask HR to get an official job offer letter or employment contract?
2, Can I ask HR to get a copy of my old petition to USCIS for H1-B visa?
3, Who writes reference letter?
4, Is it acceptable to have HR write a statement (with company letterhead) demonstrating job title, duties, and education /experience requirment?
Thank you for your help!

1. I wouldn't ask them to produce that now after you started working. If you already have it, then include a notarized copy. If you don't, I wouldn't worry about it.

2. I am not sure I understand what you are asking here.

3. HR can, or your direct supervisor or manager. In either case, you might want it to include the contact information for your direct supervisor or manager.

4. Yes, and add duration of employment, salary, and supervisors contact info.

Good luck,

V
