Document checklist what is the difference between IMM 5287 and IMM 5491

I am applying outland and I have both for some reason, Im not sure which to follow as they both say document checklist sponsor.
Are the sponor form the same for inland or outland?

Nov 18 2009 - Letter arrived Sponsorship approved

does your spouse live outsie Canada and you live in Canada? Which country ur wife is from?

Use IMM 5491 for an outland application.
