Doctors Immigration To CANADA help Needed ...............

I need some information about Canadian Immigration.

I have submitted my imigration documents on Spetember 12th 09 (TCS Confirmation of deleviry) under skilled DOCTORS General Physicians Catagory from PAKISTAN. Today is October 18th 09 and i still have not received any responce of Acknowledgement from Canada. Here are few  of my questions.

1) How long is it taking to receive any Acknowledgement ?

2) Under Doctors General Physicians how much ILETS score do i need? Is that score accounted as individually of each section or the score is counted as average of all 4 section?

3) My Wife is USA Citizen and is on my application as NON-Accompning person. Will it have any issue while at Interviewing in Islamabad? that why u r going to Canada and your wife is in USA?

4) How long does it normally takes at Canadian airport in Immigration and what kind of question do they ask there once every thing is completed and i fly there from pakistan.

5) How much points do Doctors get for their education? when they have Pakistani MBBS degree?

6) How much money should i carry with me when traveling to Canada first time?

2) Under Doctors General Physicians how much ILETS score do i need? Depend on the points you require to make up the minimum 67points required by CIC.Is that score accounted as individually of each sectionIndividually. or the score is counted as average of all 4 section?

I am also doctor and applied under same catagory (NOC 3112)
I have sent application on 12th august 2009 reached there on 18th august 2009 and GOT AOR on 8 october by email

Dear All,

My name is Dr. Mary from Pakistan.

I have one year house job experience unpaid from shifa hospital,  just paid as stapend.

One year paid work as medical office from Liaquat National hospital karachi.

Two years experience in Dermatology training/resident from Shifa Naval hospital (unpaid).

Can anyone advise me how many points i can claim for experience?

Secondly, In my both letters from Shifa hospital some job descriptions which are mentioned CIC website are not written in my experience letters. but i have done all jobs during my work. also in Liaquat National hospital work experiece as medical officer some duties are missing in my experience letter. Now i am in UK and it,s not difficult for me to go back and get new experience letters from there.

please guide me, what i have to do regarding this?

hi Dr Mary do u have any experince as GP,

Because main duties under 3112 do not match with your experince.
 you can try under 3111.

Please read duties of these two NOC then Please discuss with me
