If members could help me here

My wife is on dependent visa in UK with me for 3 three years. Can she apply from London Office.

She worked for 1 year in house job after MBBS and then become resident trainee in Pathology for 4 years. She has not taken her specialist exam yet, Can we use the specialist NOC for resident trainee or just the GP NOC for all 5 years.

Yes she can. she has to show at least one year UK visa.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have a question about filling out the form 'application for permanent residence in Canada'  (imm0008egen) and I was hoping you can help me out with the question #12 where I am supposed to check my highest level of education. I did my MBBS, completed all my USMLE steps, and currently on my 3rd year of residency (in New York) and starting my fellowship in July 2010. What is my highest level of completed education? bachelors, masters or PhD?  they don't give any other choice so I was confused. In short, MBBS and 3 years of residency = Phd, Masters or Bachelors?

Do I include my residency years in the in the 'how many years of formal education do you have?' subsection? if I do then the number should be 12 years of schooling, 5 years MBBS, 3 years of Residency for a total of 20 years right?

you are just bechlor dear.you have completed 17 years of education your steps and residency are not included in years of education.if you have done m.phil or phd then it will add to ur no.                    mbbs is equal to bechlor and equal  20 marks

please clear my confusion .i did MBBS. .during MBBS  study i appeared in BSc english and got BSc degree .
so i have two bachelor degrees or one ?.i mean can i put MBBS and BSc bachelor degrees on application??
can they give me 22 points ?

hi dear frds MBBS is just Bachelor degree if u have not done Masters u will not get point  and u cannot join 2 degrees   of bachelors to get ponts

You will get 20 marks , MBBS is considered as bech degree even if studied 17 years
