Hi
I am a new one in this Forum, I read a lot discussion within last couple of days specially Qorax, Rocky272727, mediajunky,Sohail chowdhury Jnathan, these people are really helpful. I am unlucky as I didn't know about this Forum before submission of my Document to Singapore. Now I realized if any one go through this forum can submit his application easily without any mistake.
One think I want to add here with permission of seniors that only few Doctors are active here although thousands of Doctors applied for immigration to Canada. Are they busy with their profession? Friend use some time to share your feelings to others. My fellow friends who wants to migrate to Canada in NOC 3112 as Doctor please let us start a new threat so that we can share our feelings, timeline and also can help each other.
I am a Doctor from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Here is my time line
Application send to CIO- 10th February 2010.
1st AOR - 30th March 2010
Document send to Singapore- 2nd June 2010
2nd AOR- 16th June
Waiting for medical.

Hi collagues..so glad 2 meet you in this forum  & we really need 2 share some information & expiences For me am residing in KSA Riyadh city, so my visa off is london uk...appl file on May 24 ...still waiting 4 AOR  plz i want you 2 calculate my point if passible & advice if my case will be accepted or NO  age = 33 yrs education = MBBS ( bachlor of medicine & surgry) bachloer degree experince = 8 years last one & have year in continous full time perminant paid job. ILETS DONE = OVER ALL BAND = 6 ( listh=6/ reading=5.5/ speaking=6/writing=6) & this is equal 8 point for the canada immigration sys ( moderate level ). spouse = bachloer degree in bussniess adminstration. my mom & 3 brothers are canadian citizen live legaly 4 the last 7 years in BC vancouver city. so plz can you calculate my points & also i want 2 ask does i have 2 get much higher score in ielts than i already did or its enough & acceptable, coze if i had to improve it i want to catch time & registar 4 second trial befor they request my docments looking forward 2 hear from you sooooon plzzzzzz??? |

I did,nt get ur work experience.u r not counting last 8 years in experience???
I think ur ielts score are ok.No need to panic.
U can calculate ur total points on official website.Wait for 1st AOR and then collect ur documents.

I used to have a masters degree classmate bearing khuran khan. i guess he is also from Dhaka from the way the name sounded. He is such a brilliant guy. I guess everybody from Dhaka is brilliant. I am a doctor from nigeria.
my time line is as follow.
form to CIO - 15th february
Request for doc to VO -22th april
All documents are ready planning to send document as soon as my new baby is born anytime from now, so that I can add him/her doc to the application. Just pray for me.
To answer Sama2010
Academic 20
Age 10
English 8
Adaptability 9(4 for wife with BSc and 5 for relative in canada )
Work Experience 21
So you can boast of 68 which is more than 67. You do not need to right english test. But is you have money and time , I feel for your personal improvement you can study hard and retake the IELTS again as the 8 is small for a doctor who will through out his carrier continue to communicate with patient in English. And also you will be rest assure than you have some extra point at your disposal. For the minimum critaria(67) as far as canadian immigration is concern you are qualified
I am really glad we form this forum. We doctors need to for a forum like this because we have perculiar challenges to face ahead of us . We need informmation to do our home work well.

I applied on January 2005 and Visa granted June 10, 2010. I belonged to the old system and was included in the backlog. I'm from the Philippines and will land in Canada 2nd week of August this year.

Hi Sama thank you for your response you will get 68 points although it is higher than qualifying points but in my opinion (also TJ 2010) if you have time and money you can again sit for IELTS. I think you will get more score. All the best. |
