I sent my documents and complete form to CHC, Isalamabad on 14 September 2009. Just wanted to ask whether they send some sort of acknowledgement letter. If they send one, how long do they take to acknowledge the receipt of the forms and documents because my status at CIC website has also not change though I have confirmed that they have received my docs.

Plz help

Hey Coolangy..

No idea about Islamabad but I have sent my docs to CHC New Delhi in Feb 2009... Confirmed that docs have reached them but no reply yet... Its only wait game...

Hi,

I also send my full application CHC delhi, they sent me an acknowledgment letter. In which they have assured that the next decision will be made within three months from the date they have received the documents.

I think the same will happen with ur case also.

Hi Sharma,

Have u followed Checklist as IMM5610E. And also did u appeared for IELTS from Bristish Council.

Please share your experience with the same. And also how you managed to get PC Certificate.

CIC Islamabad send the confirmation letter around 5-6 weeks time, if your application is complete. If not they ask for more details.

While sending documents to CHC do we have to send fees also or it would be paid later.

I have to submit documents to CHC-New Delhi.

once you send the documents to CIC, you always send the fee voucher otherwise as far as I know they will not entertain your application anywhere in the world.

Hi Meena,

Yea,i arranged all my documents as per specified in the checklist IMM5610E. I appeared in IELTS under IDP.

You just contact to any legal representative in the court for PCC. He'll type one affidavit, an application and a certificate(two copies). Finally SSP of police will sign both the certificates. One they will issue to u and the other copy they retain in their record. It's an easy process. You can get it within a week.
