DOCS NOT ALL READY

Gentlemen,

I have a deadline of August 17, 2009 to submit all documents. The problem now is that i cannot get my spouse's university transcript, although her certificate is ready. I am also waiting for the police report from holland. They have sent it, but it is still in transit. What should i do? send all other documents i have? ask for extension of time?

How should reference letter from employer look like? any samples will be highly appreciated.

In the worse scenario, send them what you'v got and explain the delay you are experiencing in getting other docs. This was the advice given my lawyer by cic when I was in a similar problem. But before I got their response I got my Msc cert ready.

cic wants all the documents in one package...at least that is what they write in the letter they send you.
Since your deadline is 17th august you can hope tht all your documents are ready by then.  However I feel that even if one/ two documents are not ready you try sending them whatever is ready and explain why you have not been able to arrange the rest.  All the best.
