Doc sent to VO in Jan 2011 but still no response

dear all,
can anyone help me who i need to contact to check my application status.
online status says that application recieved by visa office and they are pending review.
can i log a complaint or something, do they really update in such cases.

i have also tried to change my address however still no update.
is there any call center where i can call and do this.

ohh you are just applied in Jan 2011, wait for some more month for more update, thats good that your E-case on CIC website appeared as RBVO (received by visa office).
whats your VO?
visit cic.gc.ca website and look your VO timeframe.
I am waiting since last over 7 to 8 months after we sent our documents to visa office. lots of people here waiting for update and medical request since more than 8months.
so wait and check update on CIC website.
to change you address , send email to visa office, they will send you form to change your address, dont update on CIC website.
E-case always not updated and dont think that e-case is always true, it will update periodically and even your VO will also note down in the form when they send you 2nd AOR that E-case on CIC website is not exact data which VO is review and processing your file.

your file under review of visa office so this time is just your waiting time for update. Relax and wait.....
