 have you received a letter form cic with uci number and log in to to check your application staus and says We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. pls share ur opion.

Make sure u did not make any mistake while checking. It happened to me also but then I knew what was my mistake. If you have received a letter with client Id# they you should have no problem.

Make sure you are logging in with your sponsor's information.

It took me a while to figure out that I had to log in with all my wife's information instead of mine because she was the one sponsoring me to Canada.
