Do you think immigrate rigth know is the wiser option?

Im 18 years old , I'm just a high school graduate, i plan to study for 2 years , work 1 year more and apply for PR. However I have the option to get a bachelor in my country and then do a PH in Canada aiming to settle there  . The thing is that i don't want to lose years of my life. I know going to Canada study there is risky , moreover i don't want to lose years of my life.  which one is the wiser way to do things?.

If you really want to go there then its good to be there as early as possible to integrate in their society. Its help a lot latter on . Do you understand ?
