Do you think Canadian university have admission for Iranian with G.P.A more 15 ?

I am Iranian and I have been completed education in associates degree in 1998 and now I am studying in Electronic engineering course and probably I will become as a graduate on Feb 2012.I decide to achieve that with G.P.A more than 15(out of 20) moreover according to my search I found that most of Canadian University have admission for Iranian which take certification with   G.P.A 15 or above. Do you think who it matches with reality? And if your answer is ok is it can be helpful for finding job in Canada?
