Is it necessary to translate the business cards for reference letters?    Please advise.

If you are using them as proof, why wouldn't you get them translated?

Yes, why not? If it is in a language other than english, you must translate it through authorised translators.

Exactly.   Translate it like any other documents that are not in English (ie, with translator certification).
