For apply PR, do we need to work as the same employer for two years? If I need to change a new employer, after I applied a new work permit then can I use my previous employment time plus new employment time together?

it doesnt matter if you have 1, 2, or 3 employers as long as you finished the 24months live in work within 4yrs from the date of your arrival. Yes, you can add the months from previous employer/employers.
