when i first sent my files to CIO it included some forms as you know such as background declaration, addittional family information, ........now that i got my AOR and i should submit my documents to London visa office, are these froms again required to be sent or not???

You have to send forms again, but this time with all your documents (IELTS, Transcripts, Proof of Funds, Experience letters, etc).

Please do consult the visa specific requirements for your Visa office. It has detailed list of all docs that you need to send including all the forms to be sent again
