Hi,
Do we need the seal of ministry of foreign affairs in the documents translated by a certified notary agent association. In our country the usual practice is to get the seal of ministry of foreign affairs, but not sure its required as it seems quite a hassle to stand in line and get the seal. Also, to get the photocopies of the documents certified, just the seal of notary public agent is sufficient. Or, I need to get the ministry of foreign affairs seal in every document that needs to be sent.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have the same doubt, I am from Perú, and  I don`t know if all documents must have been sealed by the ministery or only educational documents.

No need at all to seal any translated documents from ministry of affiars as long as the original doc. are stamped by the authorized dept. and the legal translator notrize it. i did all of that in my doc. and im waiting my PPR.
Canada immigration or CHC will check by thier way if this original doc. are fake or not as they will ask by thier ways if the data in each original doc. if it is fake or not

Thanks

Mohamed
