You need PCC for the application purpose only, it is not needed after your application procedure is complete

In case application process takes long time, there is a possibility that VO may ask for PCC again to complete the process

Hi

If the PCC you submitted was issued more than a year ago and if it is not too impossible to get new ones, I recommend you just get new ones (for your current country of residence) and send to them along with updated Schedule 1 forms for yourself and any dependents over 18 years of age.

That way, you eliminate the chance of being asked for new ones when your background/security checks are over.
