 I start to fill sponsorship form, and i want to make sure i get every thing right.... my qeustion is, if some form not applicable to us do we have to send with other form or not ? for example use of Representative (imm 5476) and form imm 5409 we don't need for our application

If you don't have a representative and you are not in a C/law relationship, then you don't send those forms.
