Do we get attachments back after the spouse/sponsor ship is granted ore denied? Like photos, certificates, origenal documents?

depends on the VO its best to ask others in the same VO as you

All original certificates except the Police clearance if submitted will be returned. Usually the VOs don't keep any extra pictures. As kedeisha mentioned the practice may be different in each visa office.
