Hi all,,

It is one of the questions that comes to my mind every time I want to send an email to CHC, do they save the emails they receive and send individually for any applicant? in this question I meant, If i send CHC an email now, will they know that I sent them an email a month ago and can they also know what it the contents of the previous email??

Yes, they do i saw all the e.mails i wrote to the visa office in my caips results.

Most likely they have a system similar to e-mail based customer service which companies uses....u send an e-mail it goes to their client....saved...answer given.....e-mails will get the query number....n all...since they have standard replies they have it in their software only.....something like...KANA software for e-mail based customer service

They do save all the communications to and fro in your files and if you order CAIPS, you'll see them.

I tell you what, when I ordered CAIPS, few emails were there although couple were missing.

Thank you guys. in this case, i wouldn't email them now as the last email I sent was 20th of Feb 2011. now there is no point to enquire again in such a short period.
