DO THEY REQUIRE THE CERTIFICATE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL?

i insist on sending the secondary certificate as you are claiming points for her education....as you say it is lost i don't know how it works in your country but usually a lost complaint is filed with the police & is advertised in the newspaper as well .... so, if applicable or possible do the same , send in that newspaper clipping alongwith a cover letter explaining the circumstances, they will surely consider it....hope, this helps....
