Dear friends, please advice!
I am doing to apply for Federal Skilled Worker program. A am the main applicant, and everyhting is OK with my documents, but my wife's certificate of secondary school is lost, and I am afraid it' s not possible to get another one, as she finished the secondary school in another country.

WILL THEY FROM CANADA OR FROM LOCAL VISA OFFICE FINALLY REQUEST THE CERTIFICATE OF CESONDARY SCHOOL FOR THE SPOUSE ?

THANKS.

Well if you are claiming points for her education, you do need all the educational documents.

The outcome/calculation by the Visa officer will become unpredictable....

Dear processing primarily is at CIO Canada (FIRST)...If you clear that then you move on..

So you should make sure that everything is up to date for a positive review.

So, does it nesessary to send the certificate of the spouse's secondary education with the whole package? Because at the moment we can't obtain the copy of lost certificate, and as per the guidance, only POST SECONDARY DIPLOMAS/CERTIFICATES are required. Correct?

If U have the statement of result, u can send it with an affidavit/sworn declaration from authorised commissioner of Oats in ur country .

Hopefully, CIC will consider it.

Hi Amir, it is advisable to send the secondary education certificate, higher secondary certificate, degrees, diplomas, masters and professional certificates at the time of applying i.e. sending docs to CIC Canada since they ask for evidence for total number of years of education along with evidence of program completion.  Please refer the below for further details.

Hi Guys

If you only have one copy of your secondary school certificates then you can send copies of them aslong as they are signed by a solicitor ect.
It is then classed as a certified certificate.
They only want original certificates of the job you are applying for...eg dentist, nurse.

I recently got PER and did not include the certificate for my secondary school. The guidance says post secondary diplomas..e.t.c But you can include it if it won't give you too much trouble.
