DO Singapore VISa OFFICe send 2nd AOR?

i have received my PER on oct 4 and tik now i have not received any mail or email if visa office singapore even received it.
doea it really take this long? from canada to singapore? manila offixe even farther some people already have MR...

hehe anyone from singapore alr in in process...??
pls give feedback
