Hello everyone, Please help!

Im Vietnamese citizen but applying for permanent resident through Beijing Visa office.

My husband has already met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor, July 8. So now it's all me...

I went to a designated practitioner in Shanghai to get the Medical Exam done on May 14, 2011.
Because Im pregnant so after consulting my Dr, two weeks later, I went back to do the CHEST X-RAY on May 21.

The Medical Exam result and Chest Xray are supposed to be connected together and be sent to Beijing Visa office.

However, almost 2 months later, July 14, I have just received a letter from Canadian Embassy requiring a CHEST X-RAY FILM.
The letterhead noted 23 June.

I understand that the letter was prepared on June 23, and sent on July 08.

My question is, my Xray film was sent on May 21, give it a few days delivery time, by June 23, they must have received my Chest Xray already.
Why do they still ask for it?

I would understand if they need me do some follow-up medical check up, but in the letter they just simply ask for the Xray film.
Is this possible that the Designated Practitioner has messed up my files and now my X-ray is missing?

The lady at the Medical center has swore to me that they did send my X-ray to Beijing and this just might be a delay in processing files. [The letter was sent because they noticed a missing X-ray in my first Medical report on May 14 and they sent me that letter before starting to process my X-ray files]

However, Im not too convinced. If they looked at my files (JUNE 23) they must have seen everything that in there already (supposedly Medical report AND Chest X-Ray) why they didnt see the X-ray film and now ask me to complete my ALREADY COMPLETE FILE......

I desperately want to contact the Medical Section, Visa office in Beijing to confirm if they have received my X-ray but their phone line doesnt work or all  answering-machine, no email addresses, ... Im so frustrated, i just want a clear answer... With the pregnancy I really dont wish to go through unnecessary X-ray.

I just need to know whether Beijing has received my Chest X-ray or not. Anybody have any ideas how to find out? Or have been in the same situation???

Thanks,
