Hi,
I am interested in applying for Quebec Immigration. I have some of confusions. Seniors and other members, pls help me in clearing this confusions.

My education is Masters of Science (Applied Chemistry) which I completed in year 2000. It is 10 years now.
I have worked as Pharma Sales Executive from Oct 2000 to Feb 2006. and from March 2006 till now I am working in Life Insurance Company.

Now I obtained my degree in year 2000 which is more than 5 years from now, so I need to have atleast one year of work exp related to areas of training. Pls see the data I taken from quebec immigratioin website.

My confusion is that can I get points for my 1 years of experience as Pharma Sales Executive from 2005 to 2006 ( this period is within 5 years from now)? Is this work experience related to my areas of training?

I read somewhere on website of QUebec Immigration that:

AREAS OF TRAINING
Additional points are attributed to candidates who have earned diplomas or
degrees in fields with good medium-term job prospects. The List of areas of
training compiled with particular regard to Québec job market requirements.
The diploma or degree must have been obtained in the five years previous to
applying for a Québec Selection Certificate (QSC). If this is not the case, the
applicant must have worked for at least one year out of the five years in
question in a field directly related to the diploma or degree obtained and for
which assessment is being made.

Have I calculated my points by correct way?
My quebec points assessment:

1.Education (24 points)

a.Master's Degree (Applied Chemistry)  = 12
b.Points for area of training (if my degree equivalent to quebec degree)  = 12

Note: I haven't consulted comparative evaluation quebec department but I've read all about quebec bachelor degree under university education system and I concluded that my degree (M.Sc. Applied Chemistry) is equivalent to Quebec degree.
(Ref link = www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/evaluation/fiche7.pdf)

Is that nessesary to consult comparative evaluation quebec department prior to apply QSW? , but it require alot of time......

2.Experiance (4 Points)

How are the chances of getting a nomination certificate without any knowledge of French? I'm planning toapply for Quebec immigration and do qualify in the initial assessment without any knowledge in FRENCH on the basis of my education and work expereince. Do you guys know of anybody who qualified without FRENCH knowledge?

Thanks
