Do I qualify as a skilled worker if I have more than 4 years work experience as a General Practitioner, but have changed the company I work for? I mean, I've been working as a GP for over 4 years, but since 1 month ago I'm working for a new company, but the same position, GP. Do I still qulify for the application, or by at least one year, continuous, and paid work experience, they mean that I must be working at the same company for at least 1 year??

Yes you qualify...They want One year of fulltime in last 10 years...
