Hi,

For traveling to Toronto on PRV via Dubai on Emirates Airlines, Do I need any Transit Visa of UAE for a stopover of 10 hours @ Dubai Airport. I don't have any intention of leaving the transit area of the airport.

Unless a transit passenger pass across the transit area (getting into the IMM to enter the city and stay in) supposed not to need any transit visa for a stopover for any amount of stopover. In fact most of modern airport provides comfortable facilities for transit passenger to wait even for a pretty long stopover.
