Hi
I am working in H1B for 3 years and want to apply for canada PR through AINP.
I have a basic question as i am not sure how it works. If i get this, i read that i have to sign a form that i intend to move to Alberta. So am i eligible to work and stay in other provinces in canada with this AINP permit? or i can work and stay only in Alberta , not in other provinces in Canada?
please reply me.

You have already answered your own question. You want to apply for Canada PR through AINP. There is only one Canada PR. It is valid everywhere in Canada.
Because you get it through AINP, you need to land in AB and it would be advisable to stay in AB at least for a while.

But it is not giving clear answer. What will happen if i don't get a job in Alberta? But i have job offer from other place in Canada. Can i use my PR( which i will as PNP) to go there? Or i have to stay and work in Alberta ONLY?
If i have to stay for some time in Alberta (to maintain my PR) before i move to any other place in Canada---How long i need to stay in Alberta?
thx for ur help.

If you already have a job offer from some other province, you should apply through that other provinces PNP or through skilled worker with AEO.
If you don't have a job offer, apply through AINP and after you get your PR, land in AB and start your job hunt in AB. If don't get a job in AB but you get a job somewhere else, nobody will bother you for leaving. There is no set time you have to stay but since you do sign a document stating that you are planning to settle in AB, it would be advisable to at least try to.

thanks guys for replying me and giving me information.
One more query. If we apply for PR through AINP in suppose June 2009, when we should get the PR? I mean How long it generally takes?
and After getting , do we need to move to Alberta immediately or we can move any time within 5 yrs of time frame? I came to know that there is a landing formality which needs to be completed within 1 yr of getting PR? Is this true?
thanks,

If you don't have intentions to stay in Alberta, you should search other options because they can give you a hard time in the future.

If you move somewhere else but Alberta, they will go after you, cancel your PR, you will not get citizenship and the chances of applying and be approved for another province will be really low because you would be cheating... If you don't plan to go to Alberta, DON'T apply for it. Akk Hi

If you don't find a job in Alberta then you wont find a job in Canada. If you are planning to cheat AINP, please don't apply.AINP will assess the effectiveness of the program after a year and if they find people cheating they will remove the program altogether, affecting numerous genuine applicants. If you have another province in mind go to them for nomination.

Yes if you don't want to go to Alberta you SHOULD apply either Federal or other province. You might be taking someone else's opportunity to apply...
