I am applying through FSW2 arranged employment category. My current employer has already issued an offer letter to me, do I need to solicit a letter of reference from my employer for federal skilled worker application? Or is the letter of reference only required of my previous employers? thanks.

If it is the list then you should submit it.
Anyway, if it is needed then they will ask you after you submit the package. Like they asked me for detailed resume and PCC from the country where I studied but not lived.

Hi there, should I submit EVERYTHING that mentioned in the checklist? if I am single, do I still need to provide a certificate of marriage certifying that I am really single?

You must be kidding Smiley Smiley Smiley
You should submit EVERYTHING that concerns you. Are you married? No, then nothing. Do you have children? No, then nothing.
If you want, you can call me 1331651614, I will guide you through the list.
