Hello All,

I am about to send my FSW application.
Some of the forms are not applicable to me.
Do I still need to send them with my application or can I omit them?
What should I mention in the Document checklist if a form does not applies to me?
Do I need to include any introduction letter about myself explaining the points gained or send just the forms and the supporting documents?
Can a letter from bank itself is sufficient for the funds declaration?
I'm going to courier my application, confused about the two addresses given, pls update.

Thanks.

Dear ms.xvii

Below are replies as per your query sequence;

1. No
2. Not applicable
3. No need
4. Good enough. Suggestion is to add bank statement too. This will add value
5. Send it to your VO

The best thing to do is to read the guide and document checklist form thoroughly. It will enlighten you especially when you're in the initial stage of preparation.
