Hi.

As I want to apply for Quebec, I know that I have to have TEF and should know french well, therefore im planning to start french professionally, which will take min 6 months to 1 year. So please let me know whether can I submit my application and tell them that Im studying french and submit my certificate after 6 months or so? if yes can you send me the reference URL which shows this?

I have already passed Level 1 of Alliance Francais and continuing.

I'm also qubec applicant from Nepal. It's not compulsory to submit TEAF & IELTS report during processing time.You can show them on Interview time. I'm also studying frence language till now. Let me know  when did you apply. I applied in aug 2007, till now no answer. what about you. generaly how long will it take to call interview.
Our status is same in many ways.
