I am in USA on student visa. can I apply for canada student visa?? and do i need to go back to my home country for stamping or I can get stemping from USA only??

You can apply for the visa in the US.

The visa office where you send your application will stamp your passport. It's for a student visa right?

        Is it for a student visa? I really want to know this,.I have something on my mind that is really confusing me and I really hope I can find out the answer to my problem now.
