Hello friends ,

Do I need to fill this form I am little confused 1344 B ( sponsorship Agreement)

my situation is I am in canada My wife is abroad and I am sponsoring her. I dont see this form on cic page. Do I need to fill this form?

Please let me know

If so, then yes. That is your declaration that you will be responsible for your wife when she becomes PR. Only time you wouldn't need to fill that out is if you are in Quebec.

yes, i mean That one. i am just wondering how come the cic site doesnt provide information about the form.

Thank you! but the one you bolded has 7 pages but the one you had earlier send a link or the one I am refering to only has one page. how is that?

I noticed that too. Just stick with your document checklist. So the 7 page one would be the one to fill out, since it's with the American Guide Smiley

I think the one page form is the old set of imm 1334. Before it was split up into two parts: 1334A and 1334B. Now since they have updated the forms, it is all combined into one longer form, making it easier rather than splitting it into 2 separate parts.

Oh ok, may be thats why. so I wont worry about Imm 1334B all i will submit is the lonf form Imm1334A the one with 7 pages. thanks a lot
