Do I need to fill in the generic application form

Hi,
      I sent my full application package to buffalo in May 2011 but my application was returned because of missing fields on the form.I need to resubmit my application to buffalo again.But when I went to download the forms I found out there are new forms since July 2011.Should I fill out those new forms as well?

As your first application was returned for incompleteness, it doesn't hold anymore. Any application you make now is bound by the  new rules. Thus you must use the new generic form and other new forms introduced just like any new applicant would. Why to Buffalo though? All applications are to be sent CIO, Nova Scotia.....Mandie
