Right now I'm applying for Permanent Residence Skilled Worker.

In IMM008 E No.10 Have you previously been married or in a common-law relationship?
I filled "Yes" And then I gave my previous spouse name.  Type of relationship I chose "Marriage"

So Do I still need to fill in IMM5409 or not?  I have Certificated of Divorce already.

Thanks in advance

IMO, IMM-5409 is for sponsorship of parents, spouse, and other relatives. if you are a PA under FSW scheme, you ought to fill IMM-4506.However, to ensure, pls look over the checklists of CIO + your VO.

I just sponsor myself and I divorced.  So I don't need to fill IMM-5409,right?

What "PA" means?  FSW= Federal skill worker

Thank you so much

If CIO and your VO don't mention to fill IMM-5409, it is not obligatory.

PA= Principal Applicant
