Hi,DO i need Fbi certificate  and  the state police certificate  if  I used to live in the USA for imigration ?

You do need FBI. State is only upon request (rarely)

FBI certificate is ok now, if requested state certificate from DOJ (department of justice) than you have to arrange it, but it's rare requst by VO as thebeast184 said.
