I have a notarized police clearance in China before I came to Canada. I have been living in Canada for 3 years. Do I also need a police clearance for the last 3 years in Canada as well?

1.  No, only if CHC/CIC asks for it.
2.  You need a new from China, has to be less than 3 months old when you apply.
