I know you are required to stay with the employer during your PNP application, however are you required to stay with him after your residency comes through? and you have a permanent resident card?

No, after you get your PR, you can quit.

FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion
CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program
