Is it obligatory to fill the “Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union” in case of me and my wife?
We are married.
Do I have to submit the forms that doesn't apply to me, such as “Declaration from non-accompanying parent/guardian for minors”? Or other forms that do not apply to me??

Thnx

1. If your married (have marriage certificate), NOT needed.
2. No need to submit forms if not applicable to you.
