Hi everyone!
My application got approved after 17 months and I'll be going to Canada soon.
the things is my wife is living with my mother in law for now and I can't stay with them. just want to know if this would create problem for my PR status.
I know I should fill out a form in the airport and mention the address which would be different from my wife's one.
thanks in advance and hope those are waiting for visa get it soon

You can fill any address for your PR card to be sent to at the airport as long as you are sure you will get it. CBSA is not interested in where you stay at this stage again.

Oh, but they might be interested. I have heard of a case where a person listed an address different from where the sponsoring spouse was staying and immigration phoned the spouse to make sure everything was ok. You are better off telling them the same address your spouse has. You can always phone CIC later and change your address on record if you want your PR card sent somewhere else.
