Hello to all, I just wish to ask for your opinion. My conjugal partner for 4 years now just immigrated last November and awaiting his PR card. However , under the circumstances he can not sponsor me and our daughter. So I decided to make my own FSW application.
But in my application I needed to disclose his status as an immigrant since he acknowledged our child together his name is in the birth certificate . Question is, do I get an extra points mentioning him in my FSW application? As it says on the proof of relatives in Canada? although he is in a different category ( family class) but the application ask for proofs of family /relative.

Any opinion will be very much appreciated. Thank you all!!!
