i have applying for residence permanent.....so it looks take more long time ...so i want to know if for exemple i go as tourist visa to canada do i can change the statut from visitor to legal worker if i found a job offer there in canada ...?

This is possible. on visitor visa if some employer offers u job and get AEO approved from HRSDC then your can get work permit by once exiting on US border and coming back again to Canada. I do not think that in normal course any employer will get u a HRSDC approval, unless he can not find an employee of ur profession at all. I know some immigration lawyers are doing it and charging a lot of money for it. They arrange the job offer and do the remaing part. I would not recommend to enter into such scams.  You would not make as much money on that work permit as much u will pay for that work permit.

It is not so easy as you think!. If it is considered as  a fast track method  than current  FSW procedure, why so many people are wasting their time?... Several people might have got work permits after their hard efforts, but no assurance. You have to spend lot of money for living, travel, searching for job, medical etc...

i hear about one of my friend was doinf some method ...he apply for a tourist visa ...he got it then maybe he know someone there who offer a job ...then automatically he change the status to legal worker .....i dont know alot of detaille about that way ....but realy i am tired of waiting the answer from my lawyer ....it take so long from 2008 untill now .....

Wilson is right, look even here in the USA people on H1B through some XYZ consulting agencies, those agencies dont have any job on hands, but they pay for H1B sponsorship (its not leagle) and they start looking jobs, even its not easy here in USA and canada. I know some guys they are work hard to find good project but they sent near about over 200's of resumes for several jobs over all websites like dice monster craiglists careerbuilder etc and hardly they get 10 to 20 calls still no one ready to hire.
even I sent some 15times resume to Canadian companies I got respond from them that if you hold PR visa and landing process is pending than we like to call you for interview otherwise we can not call who don't holds proper permit for work.
I told them can you sponsor for work, I am staying at your neighbour country in the USA, but still I am aliens for them.

So my aim is to explain you here that is not easy game to win.
