Before i came to canada, i was a student in UK for one year studying a foundation course in human resource management, so i was just wondering that is it very highly likely that if i get sponserd for PNP certificate and apply for permanent residence, my application will be stuck in background check for 2 years or something?just because i have lived in uk for one year as a student??

somebody explain to me...i always hear people crying that their apps are stuck in background check because they have lived in a different country..So should i absolutely plan for it?
